![]() ![]() The decorating, bug hunting, village-building elephant in the room - that’s right, we’re looking at you, Hokko Life. Before we start, however, we need to address the elephant in the room. This list includes a few Xbox games which, by one quality or another, belong to that same adorable niche. Since then, we've had several great new life sims, and we thought it a great time to refresh the list for anyone who hasn't got a Switch and is feeling completely left out, or has moved on from Animal Crossing and is looking for other games with a similar wholesome feeling. You will need to unlock one of the gates to get up there.Xbox Series X|S Heidi Nicholas Looking for something to satiate that Animal Crossing craving? Check out our list of some of the best Animal Crossing-style Xbox titles. When we first published this list, we were in the wake of the release of Animal Crossing: New Horizons - the internet was overrun with images of adorable islanders living adorable deserted-island lives while Tom Nook gleefully racked up Bell debts, while players got ready to fight to the death over loyalty to their island neighbours. Stevie: Stevie usually hangs out near the front of Victoria's mansion. I would at least clear all rocks, trash, and weeds on the beaches each day to make sure there are places for shells to spawn. Eventually you will run out of places for the spawns. Everything spawns each day, but whatever you left will remain in place. The better tools mean that you will be able to use fewer clicks to get the job done. Check Samir's Shop each day to see if he has worms or Basic fish food, there is a big discount if you buy them from him.Ĭlearing rocks, tree stumps, weeds: I think that the XP is still the same even with better tools. The biat will help you bring in fish that are a litter further away. The fish bait will not make fish appear, you still need to see the fish first and then cast. Making money from farming: Check out the "Farming Basics" and "VIP Advanced Crop Farming Analysis" Guides.įishing: You will see more as you open up other parts of the island. Stock Exchange: To buy and sell stocks, go over to the charts, when you are close enough click on the icon that will appear. Dig a hole, drop seed packet in hole and water. Planting Flowers: They are planted like trees. unlocked both islands, though can't do the gates yet. where is stevie? have the dlc downloaded. am I assuming correctly that there's no point in clearing rocks, tree stumps or weeds? 1 xp each (2 eventually when I buy better tools) and they supposedly respawn every day. don't want to spend on bait yet (got the golden rod, bought a squid bait for 2.2k but only caught fish, would've been cheaper to immediately skip the mayor's squid quest for 2.5k). any way to increase the chance of fish to appear? I'm fine with catching whatever, but they don't appear too often. ![]() also have access to the island to the left with another farm, so might do that one as well. what's the best (fastest, least amount of grind, etc.) way to make money? I'm doing the bank, might as well get a few hundred after a few hours, and I'm lvl9, so doing lavender (buy at 42, sell at 100, if a full-grown gives 3 pieces, I'll have 3k profit from a full farm) until I unlock eggplants at lvl10. ![]() how to access the stock exchange? the guy only gives me random dialog. (edit: tried it again later and then it let me plant flower seeds from my inventory, weird.) I did it once but can't remember how, dropping it doesn't work either. how do you plant flowers? can't rake anything other than the farm area but amelia wants me to plant lilies next to the pier. ![]()
